ONE WORLD AI · OWAI OS

Deterministic control
for AI agents,
inside your perimeter.

OWAI OS lets regulated organisations run AI agents on-premises or in a hybrid setup — every action checked against your policy, authorised by a named role and recorded as cryptographic evidence your controllers can verify.

For fintech, govtech, regtech, medtech, deeptech and dual-use organisations, and for the software houses that build for them. OWAI OS is in pre-production, with a design-partner programme for a small number of organisations.

AI-AGNOSTIC

THE PROBLEM

AI agents can act.
Can you account
for it?

AI agents now write code, answer customers and change records. For a regulated organisation, three questions decide whether that is acceptable. Many AI tools answer none of them — and send your data and intellectual property to someone else’s cloud.

Every organisation that lets AI act on its systems will need a way to answer them.

01

Was it permitted?

Every AI-proposed action is checked against your written policy before anything runs — not reviewed after the fact.

02

Who authorised it?

Actions that need approval are tied to a named role in your organisation, not to whoever holds the credentials.

03

Can you prove it?

Each decision leaves a cryptographically verifiable record that your auditors and supervisors can inspect.

HOW IT WORKS

One action,
five steps.

An illustrative example from financial services. The same pattern applies to a code change, a record update or a clinical workflow.

  1. 01
An AI agent proposes an action.A customer-service agent proposes a £2,000 refund.
  2. 02
OWAI OS checks your policy. The active policy allows automatic refunds up to £500.
  3. 03
The right person decides. The request is routed to the role your policy names: Payments Manager.
  4. 04
Only an approved action runs.Once approved, the payment system executes it. Without approval, nothing happens.
  5. 05
The evidence is kept.Policy version, approver, decision and result are recorded as verifiable evidence.

OWAI OS

Rules, execution and
evidence in one architecture.

OWAI OS sits between what an AI agent proposes and what your systems actually do. It works with the model you choose and runs in your own infrastructure.

How OWAI OS works
01

Policy as code

Explicit, versioned rules your compliance team can own.

02

Runtime engine

A decision for every proposed action, while the workflow runs.

03

Cryptographic evidence

Records whose integrity and provenance can be checked.

04

Human intervention

Defined approval, review and stopping points.

FOR COMPLIANCE TEAMS

Compliance your
controllers can read.

OWAI OS turns written requirements into operating controls and produces evidence reviewers can verify — making assessments faster to prepare and easier to evidence.

Explore compliance support
01

Policy owned by compliance

Your compliance team maintains rules as versioned policy. Update policy without changing application code.

02

Evidence controllers can read

Decision records show which rule applied, who authorised the action and what happened — in a form reviewers can verify.

03

Models change, controls stay

OWAI OS is AI-agnostic. Swap models without re-engineering your controls; the control evidence stays comparable across model versions.

OWAI OS helps you prepare for assessment and certification. It does not certify systems, determine legal applicability or establish compliance by itself.

THE IN-HOUSE AGENT STACK

Build, learn and research
inside your own infrastructure.

Any organisation can now build software for its own processes with coding agents. Keeping ahead also means upskilling people and running research. All three agents run under OWAI OS, so your data and IP stay yours.

01 / Build

OWAI Code

Build software for your own processes with governed coding agents. The agent proposes; your people approve what is merged.

Pre-beta
02 / Learn

OWAI Learn

Continuously upskill your staff and your customers, with explicit learning policies and recorded progress.

Pre-production
03 / Research

OWAI Evidence

Run research with every claim tied to its evidence and to the authority behind it.

WHO IT’S FOR

Built for organisations
that must show their work.

Fintech · govtech · regtech · medtech · deeptech · dual-use — and any organisation that wants deterministic control over AI agents on-premises or hybrid.

REGULATED INSTITUTIONS

You have your own engineering team

Run AI agents on your own systems, with controls your compliance function owns and evidence your supervisors can inspect.

SOFTWARE HOUSES

You build for regulated clients

Use OWAI OS as the control and evidence layer in the systems you deliver, so your clients can take them through review.

HOW A PILOT WORKS

Start with one
consequential workflow.

A controlled pilot shows, in your environment, whether one AI-enabled action can be governed and evidenced to the standard your organisation needs. Design partners work directly with our engineering team and help shape how OWAI OS fits their sector.

  • Choose one consequential AI-enabled action and the policy that should govern it.
  • Connect it through OWAI OS in your own environment — on-premises or hybrid.
  • Test the permitted path, the required approvals and what happens when a condition fails.
  • Review the resulting evidence with your compliance team and controllers.

QUESTIONS

Frequently
asked questions.

Does OWAI OS certify our system or make it compliant?

No. OWAI OS gives you the controls and the evidence that make assessment and certification easier to prepare for. Compliance and certification remain determinations for your organisation, its advisers and the relevant bodies.

Does our data leave our infrastructure?

It does not have to. OWAI OS and the agents that run under it are designed for on-premises and hybrid deployment, so data, prompts and intellectual property can stay inside your perimeter.

Which AI models does it work with?

OWAI OS is AI-agnostic. It governs what an agent is allowed to do, not which model produced the proposal, so you can change models as the market moves.

Do we need to rebuild our systems?

No. Each system that should act is connected once, so that it acts only on an approved decision. After that, rules are changed as policy, without changing application code.

Does it replace our identity, GRC or security tools?

No. It works alongside them. OWAI OS adds the missing check at the point where an AI-proposed action would change something, and records the decision.

We are a software house. Can we build on it?

Yes. Software houses building solutions for regulated clients can use OWAI OS as the control and evidence layer in the systems they deliver.

What stage is the product at?

OWAI OS is in pre-production. We are running a design-partner programme for a small number of organisations: a controlled pilot scoped to one workflow in your environment, with direct access to our engineering team. Technical documentation is available under NDA.
